Start with a clean face and apply your favorite facial oil, serum, or
moisturizer to create a smooth glide and avoid tugging the skin.
⟡ Hold at an Angle
Hold the tool flat (about 15° angle) against your skin to maximize surface
contact.
⟡Use Gentle Strokes
Apply light to medium pressure and glide the tool in upward and outward strokes, following the natural contours of your face and body.
⟡ Follow These Key Areas:
Jawline & Chin: Sweep from the center of the chin outward to the
ear.
Cheeks: Glide from the nose out toward the temples.
Under Eyes: Use the curved edge and gently move from the inner corner to
the temple.
Neck: Stroke upward from the collarbone to the jawline.
Body: Use firmer strokes to massage areas like shoulders, arms, or legs.
⟡Repeat & Relax
Repeat each stroke 3–5 times. Use daily or a few times a week for best results.
